Optional Early-Bird Round at Eagle Valley West Golf Course. Tee times starting at 9:00 a.m.
Hotel check-in at the Carson Valley Inn, 3 p.m. or after.
Cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, tournament registration and blind draw in the Shannon Ballroom from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 6:
Golf at Eagle Valley West Golf Course. 8:30 a.m. Shotgun start. Coffee at check-in, sandwich and beverages on the course. Cocktails and awards banquet in the Shannon Ballroom, 6:30 p.m.
Format:
4-person mixed scramble, 4 minimum drives per A player, 2 minimum drives for B and C player, 1 for D player. Blind draw for teams based on placing all players in six categories: High A, Low A, High B, Low B, C, and D.
Extras:
Carson Valley Inn embroidered hat, team picture, sleeve of balls for all players. (No dust-collecting trophies, plaques or certificates from the Wizard of Oz).

All prizes paid in gaming chips. $3,500 in total prizes (based on 120 players).
