The Always Present Rules & Policies:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to be a member of the INN Club.
  • INN Club Membership and all benefits are nontransferable.
  • Valid state or government photo identification is required to activate your INN Club account and for any account changes or other transactions. Please stop at the INN Club booth.
  • Points are active as long as there is gaming activity on the account within the previous 15 months.
  • Important information about linked or joined accounts
    • Up to two people may link their accounts together.
    • Both members must be present and show proper ID to activate linked account benefits.
    • Each member can request account information on the linked accounts without the other members consent.
    • Either member with proper identification can redeem the total combined points on linked accounts.
    • Linked accounts can be unlinked by either member without the other member's consent.
  • Management reserves the right to alter or discontinue the program at its discretion and without prior notice and/or to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, errors or fraud.
  • Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by the Carson Valley Inn in its sole discretion will result in the forfeiture of all INN Club points, and may result in the cancellation of member(s) participation in the INN Club program.
  • To establish check cashing or line-of-credit privileges, please visit the INN Club booth.
