Q. Is my INN Club membership information
protected and is it shared with anyone else?
A. All information collected by the Carson Valley
Inn will be used strictly to enhance your gaming benefits and rewards.
The Carson Valley Inn recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy
of all information collected from hotel and casino guests, users of our
web site, participants in our events, recipients of our e-mails, surveys
and all other customer information. The Carson Valley Inn does not and
will not disclose or sell any such information to any third party organization,
company or individual.
Q. How do I get invitations to CVI events?
A. The CVI has a number of extremely popular invitation-only events throughout
the year for INN Club members. Members qualify for these invitations based
upon their gaming play as recorded by the recent use of their INN Club
card. Be sure to use your card whenever you play in the casino.
Q. Where is the Inn Club booth?
A. On the casino floor, on the opposite wall from the Casino Cashier.
Q. Sometimes I get the message "Welcome"
with my first name, and other times I get the message "Card Accepted."
Why?
A. The message "Card Accepted" simply means that our main system
is off-line. However, the card reader at your machine is recording all
of your play and it is automatically downloaded to the main system as
soon as it comes back on line.
Q. When I use an INN Club comp slip in
a CVI restaurant, is the gratuity included?
A. The gratuity is not included on any comps.
Q. May I give my "comp" to someone
else?
A. INN Club "comps" are presented to the casino player who has
earned them and they are not transferable. Your guests may share your
"comps" in the restaurants as long as you are present. OR -
you can use a limited amount of your points for a special "Be
My Guest" certificate which allows your guests to enjoy some
of the CVI benefits courtesy of your play!
Q. Does INN Club membership automatically
qualify me for a hotel casino rate discount?
A. Like complimentaries, hotel casino rate discounts are earned by your
recent tracked casino play. You must have a minimum amount of current
play for a casino rate, so check with our Casino Guest Services team when
making your hotel reservations. Call the INN Club directly at 877-783-7711
(toll free) or 775-783-7711 (locally).
Q. I notice that when there is a promotion
going on, players go to the INN Club booth to print drawing tickets. How
does this work? Does printing a drawing ticket deduct from my points?
A. Players earn drawing tickets for our promotions based upon the number
of points they earn during the dates of the promotion. In these cases,
we are simply reading the points as a basis for our players to earn their
drawing tickets. When a player prints a drawing ticket, this does not
deduct the number of points they have available to redeem for comps. Players
should refer to the rules of each promotion posted at the INN Club booth
for more details about each promotion.
Q. Do I have to actually be at the Carson
Valley Inn to apply for an INN Club card?
A. No, you can apply by mail (send us an e-mail and we'll mail an application),
or you can click here

Q. Why can only the INN Club member(s)
make inquiries about their INN Club account?
A. All of the INN Club information, including comp availability, is considered
private and is not available to anyone other than the account holders.
That's why we ask for certain verification information from anyone inquiring
about a specific INN Club account.
Q. How can I get a Win-Loss Report for
my account for a calendar year?
A. Simply click this link

Report Request Form. Print the form, complete the information, and
get it back to us in one of the three ways indicated.
Q. Do INN Club members automatically receive
check cashing privileges?
A. No, that is a separate process initiated by completing the check cashing
application at the Casino Cashier. The completed application is forwarded
to our Credit Manager who makes the final approval and sets the seven
day limit. If you are an INN Club member and want to establish check cashing
privileges, just stop by the INN Club booth or Casino Cashier for assistance
with this simple process.
