$5.99 Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs

Katie's hearty daily special is a $5.99 Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs plate. The Chicken Fried Steak is hearty, your two eggs can be any style, and we also include a biscuit and gravy – it's a generous plateful and an incredible value at just $5.99.

$5.99 Eggs Benedict Saturdays

On Saturdays Katie’s offers an Eggs Benedict special for just $5.99 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.  This traditional favorite includes toasted English muffin, grilled Canadian bacon, two poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and hash brown. 

Loaded Pancakes

There's a $5.99 "Loaded Pancakes" special in Katie's every day from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Two large pancakes are topped and cooked with the item of the day, then stacked and served with maple syrup and whipped butter!

Soup and Half Sandwich Special

Katie’s has two house-made soups each day and there is a daily soup and half sandwich special from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $4.99. 

Katie's Dinner Specials Through June

Katie's, the Carson Valley Inn's 24-hour restaurant, features a different high-value dinner special each day. Sorry, these specials are not available "To Go."

• Monday's special is Chicken Picatta for $7.99. 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Tuesdays, Katie's serves a Burrito Grande, chicken or beef & beans in a flour tortilla covered with enchilada sauce & cheese with Spanish rice for $7.99.11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Wednesday's special is Lasagna for $7.99. 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Thursdays, enjoy our Pork Chop in Ranchero Sauce for $7.99, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Fridays and Saturdays, Katie's offers a Roasted Prime Rib and Fried Shrimp Dinner special  served with baked potato, vegetable and soup or salad for $14.99. 4 to 10 p.m.
• Katie's Sunday special is "The Chandler" Chicken Dinner including southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cole slaw for $6.99. 2 to 10 p.m.

Fresh Baked Cakes & Pies

Fresh-baked cakes, pies, cupcakes, brownies and cookies are made daily in the Carson Valley Inn Bakery and are available for purchase at the display case near the Katie's cashier counter. The Inn's bakery, which operates 7 days a week, also creates a constantly-updated variety of specialty and seasonal cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties or any other special occasion. Orders can be placed at the Katie's cashier counter or call 775-783-6664 and ask for the Katie's Supervisor.
