Casino

GAMES DEALER

Description: Games Dealer, Blackjack and 3 Card Poker. Craps would be beneficial but not required.
Requirements: 1 -2 years dealer experience required.  Must be at least 21 years old. Gaming card required. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. 
Shift: On call, varied shifts. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

Hotel

FRONT DESK CLERK/RELIEF NIGHT AUDITOR

Description: Work hotel front desk with checking in and out guests. Duties also include auditing daily work for all shifts.
Requirements: Previous hotel desk experience preferred. Computer experience required.  Excellent communication and people skills required. Work well under pressure.
Shift: Varied shifts, full time.  Schedule is two graveyard shifts for night audit position and 3 shifts either day or swing shift for front desk position. Weekend and holiday work required.

 

FRONT DESK CLERK/PBX/RESERVATIONIST (2)

Description: Work hotel front desk with checking in and out guests. Make and confirm hotel reservations, assist in taking calls from promotional mailings, call guests back to complete reservation information and other paperwork.
Requirements: Computer experience required.  Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.  Work well under pressure. Previous phone experience helpful.
Shift: Varied shifts, full-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

Food and Beverage

SERVER/SERVER ASSISTANT – CV STEAK

Description: Responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests. Also, assisting food servers in CV Steak when performing the server assistant position. This is a dual position.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills required. Over 1 year previous food serving experience preferred for the server position. Must be at least 21 years old.
Shift: Swing shift, part-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

DISHWASHER

Description: Cleaning of company china, silverware and pots and pans according to industry standards and health/sanitation codes.  Sweeping, mopping, emptying garbage. Duties also include heavy duty night cleaning of kitchen and fry line equipment with chemicals.
Requirements: Team player, self motivated. Able to lift 50 pounds. Bilingual a plus.
Shift: On call, late swing/graveyard shift. Weekend and holiday work required.

 

COOK – CV STEAK

Description: Responsible for preparing superior food quality and service in a high volume steak house.
Requirements: Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English. 4 or more years in Hotel/Casino restaurants specializing in steakhouse, coffee shop, banquets experience required.  High school graduate or G.E.D., culinary apprenticeship or culinary school graduate. Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Must be able to maintain a positive, helpful, smiling attitude at all times. Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion.
Shift: Swing shift, full-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

General Support

GROUNDS LABORER

Description: Outside landscaping summer help, working in the sun all day. Pull weeds, pick up trash, repair sprinkler system.
Requirements: Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Shift: Day shift, full time, seasonal. Weekends and Holidays required.
