General

ACCOUNTING ADUITOR

Description: Team player responsible for auditing revenue outlets including gaming on a daily basis. 
Requirements: Prior gaming audit experience preferred. Food and Beverage audit experience a plus. Computer skills including Excel skills a must; requires math skills and attention to detail.  Must be at least 21 years old. Gaming card required.
Shift: Full time. Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.

 

PUBLIC AREA CLEANING SPECIALIST

Description: Maintain cleanliness of the casino and all public areas including slot machines and public restrooms. Other duties include polishing, vacuuming, mirrors, cleaning offices and emptying trash.
Requirements: Heavy lifting required.
Shift: Part-time/Seasonal. Graveyard shift. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Description: Responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment of this facility and other properties as directed.    
Requirements: May be required to perform a varied of tasks to include: electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment repair, in room heating and air conditioning, snow removal, welding and life safety equipment. EPA Certification. High school graduate or equivalent and minimum of 3 years' experience in refrigeration service preferred.  Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license and clear driving record. Able to read and write in English. Good communication and customer service skills.
Shift: Varied shifts/Full-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

Food and Beverage

BANQUET STEWARD

Description: Responsible for the setting up and breaking down of all banquet and catering functions.       
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.  Previous hotel restaurant/casino Banquet and catering operations preferred. Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft outlook and Word as well as systems like Micros.  Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively in the English language.
Shift: Full time/varied shifts.  Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

COOK - KATIE'S

Description: Responsible for food preparation for Katie’s, our high-volume, 24 hour restaurant. Prepare food items per ticket order as required and to current menu specifications for guests of Katie’s.
Requirements: Possess and maintains culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions. Previous high volume hotel restaurant/casino or in individual restaurants experience preferred. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more. Team player.  Work well under pressure.
Shift: Varied shifts, full-time. Weekend and Holiday work required. 

 

BANQUET SERVER

Description: Responsible for serving food and beverages to Banquet guests. 
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills required. Previous banquet server experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old.
Shift: On call position. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

SERVER – CV STEAK & KATIE’S

Description: Responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests. 
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills required. Over 1 year previous food serving experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Previous fine dining and wine knowledge preferred.
Shift: Part-time/Swing shift. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

SERVER ASSISTANT – KATIE’S

Description: Assist food servers in Katie’s Restaurant. 
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills required.
Shift: Swing shift, part-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

COFFEE BAR ATTENDANT - JOB'S PERK

Description: Responsible for preparing and selling assorted coffee beverages and snacks for guests in Job's Perk.
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years old.
Shift: Varied shifts/part-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

DISHWASHER

Description: Cleaning of company china, silverware and pots and pans according to industry standards and health/sanitation codes.  Sweeping, mopping, emptying garbage.
Requirements: Team player, self motivated. Able to lift 50 pounds. Bilingual a plus.
Shift: Full-time/Day shift. Weekend and holiday work required.

 

HOST/CASHIER – KATIE’S


Description:
Promptly and courteously greet and seat guests. Perform cashier duties for departing guests. 
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills required. Previous experience preferred. Must be good in public areas working with guests.
Shift: Swing shift, part-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

STEWARD

Description: Responsible for leading a team in the dishwashing functions of kitchens, including all janitorial duties necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment. Key roles to include: leader, trainer, teacher, team player and communicator.        
Requirements: 3 or more years in hotel restaurant/casino or in an individual restaurant preferred. Possess ability to teach, train, and motivate a diverse workforce. 
Shift: Full time/varied shifts.  Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

Casino

SPORTSBOOK WRITER

Description: Responsible for daily ticket writing and posting of events in Race/Sportsbook.      
Requirements: Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to Guest. Responsible for proper accounting of all cash and chips received. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Must be at least 21 years old.  Gaming card required.
Shift: Full and Part-time, day and swing shifts available.  Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

Hotel

GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT

Description: Clean hotel/motor lodge guest rooms. Duties include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms.
Requirements: Heavy lifting required. Prior Housekeeping experience preferred.
Shift: Seasonal, Day shift. Weekend and Holiday work required.
